Born
on the 5th day of the 12th month of the year 1975 in Pune, India, I
proceeded to spread the Sagittarian spirit of luck and good will around
me.
I spent most of my life in Baroda, Gujarat, India; where my parents moved shortly after my birth. I did most of my schooling at Baroda High School, Baroda. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the prestigious Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda. I am currently working at RSA Security in San Mateo, California, USA. |

My family is my biggest source of inspiration in all I do or think. My father (Shri P. G. Masurkar) is an engineer, too, and I admire him for his foresight in all that he does. I can proudly say that I take after him in stubborn determination, honest and sincere living, and above all, my independence... My mother is the epitome of patience, endurance and fair-mindedness. I shall consider myself blessed if I can achieve even a pinch of the above virtues... My brother (Hrishikesh Masurkar) is younger to me by 2 years. The most unpredictable, caring, moody, generous, argumentative, understanding and lovable brother in the world! He's currently working for TCS, Mumbai. |

My
precious moment began on the 19th of February, 2000. I am happy and
grateful to the Almighty, that I was able to find my other half in this
crowd of humanity and together we shall fulfill all the dreams that we
once saw alone.
Amit is my best friend, philosopher, guide, critic and love all rolled into one. What more can I say? Marriage feels good :-) |

My favorite pastime is reading. I am an avid fan of all the brilliant detective novelists : Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Agatha Christie and Edgar Allen Poe. I also love to read classics : Jane Austen, the Bronte sisters, Charles Dickens top my list. Recent fiction writers that interest me are Erle Stanley Gardner, Sidney Sheldon and Jefferey Archer. In my leisure, I usually listen to music. Old hindi melodies and classic English ones are my weakness. I also love to watch movies. And last but not the least, I am very much taken up by astrology, palmistry, etc. As any of my friends would bear witness to, I have garnered a considerable knowledge on these hitherto controversial subjects... |
